Novaris Search is currently partnered with a leading provider of veterinary care in the search for a VP, Operations to support their portfolio of hospitals across central and west.

Our client is planning multiple expansions over the next year with key focus being in the ER, Specialty space. As a member of the SLT, you will be responsible for overseeing operations for their portfolio, consisting of around 100 hospitals (specific region dependent on the candidate).

Responsibilities:

Responsible for overseeing operations for +100 hospitals, GP, ER and UC
Supporting in scaling the business through future denovos and M&A
Collaborate cross functionally to ensure clinical and operational excellence remains high
Mentor and develop leaders to drive operational performance and scale hospitals
Up to 60% travel

Requirements:

Extensive operational leadership experience across multiple locations
Previous experience managing P&L of +$100million
Veterinary experience – ER, Specialty or GP required
Multi-site leadership experience
Bachelor Degree
