Novaris Search are working with a growth minded Behavioral Healthcare provider that specialises in SUD services. They are actively seeking a Vice President, Operations to join their growing company.

As part of the executive leadership team for a well established organisation, this position will oversee operational performance across +3 residential homes, which will soon expand. This position is onsite 5 days/week.

Role:

Lead operations of all the residential homes
Work collaboratively with vendors and negotiate accordingly
Drive revenue for the organization and support future growth
Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new, and acquired, team members and guide their development

Candidate:

5yrs+ experience in SUD and management position
Organised and self motivated
Extensive experience and knowledge of SUD regulations/ compliance
Have a strong understanding of addiction recovery
Knowledge of Joint Commission and CARF accreditation
