As the Vice President of Sales, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for overseeing and driving sales initiatives across our service offerings. This executive role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the logistics and supply chain industry, a passion for building high-performance teams, and a proven track record of leading successful sales strategies at a national or global level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business goals to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of high-performing sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key industry stakeholders, and position [Company Name] as a preferred partner in logistics and supply chain.
  • Customer Focus: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs to provide tailored solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Utilize market data, trends, and analytics to make informed decisions, refine sales strategies, and optimize performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles within the logistics and supply chain industry, with at least 5 years at a VP or executive level.
  • Track Record: Proven success in driving revenue growth, scaling sales organizations, and penetrating new markets.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to inspire, motivate, and lead teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong understanding of data analytics, forecasting, and sales metrics.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
