Novaris Search is collaborating with a premier Dietary Supplement Contract Manufacturer in North-East US, seeking a dynamic and passionate Vice President of Manufacturing, that knows how to drive operational excellence, with expertise in continuous improvements and CAPEX. This role is crucial for driving customer and employee satisfaction through innovative & safe cGMP manufacturing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

– Develop and execute capital plans to enhance production capabilities.

– Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to meet business and customer needs.

– Champion operational excellence by implementing effective business & cGMP practices.

– Establish strategic goals and regularly assess priorities to meet market demands.

– Create management protocols for the timely execution of manufacturing strategies.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, engineering, or a related field preferred.

-Ideally LEAN 6S Certified

–Minimum of 10 years’ experience in supplement manufacturing – ideally in various dosage forms

– Proven ability to inspire and motivate employees at all levels.

-Fantastic stakeholder management skills

-Proven success in continuous improvements / CAPEX / Greenfield projects
