Novaris Search is pleased to be retained with a rapidly growing and culture centred AL/IL and MC provider. My client is on the look for a highly experienced HR leader to assist in the company’s current and projected growth moving into 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and oversee the Human Resources department, fostering a positive workplace culture.
– Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
– Manage recruitment, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
– Ensure compliance with HR regulations and best practices.
– Utilize UKG for payroll management and HR processes.
– Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational development and change.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a HR leader within the senior care space.
– Strong knowledge of UKG and payroll systems. (This is a must)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to develop strategies that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
