Novaris is collaborating with a rapidly growing mid-sized logistics company to find a US Head of Vertical specializing either the FMCG, Retail, Fashion, or Lifestyle markets. In this role, you’ll drive new business development within one of these sectors to expand our client’s market presence. You’ll then have the opportunity to build and lead a team to accelerate growth within the chosen vertical.

Responsibilities:

Establish, grow and lead your own team within one of the mentioned verticals
Hunt new business and expand market reach
Develop new sales initiatives and strategies
Coach, mentor and monitor teams’ performance

Qualifications:

Must have experience in either the FMCG, Retail, Fashion or Lifestyle vertical
Have previous revenue responsibilities of $20M
Experience leading a high performing sales team
Experience selling all internation freight forwarding solutions as well as domestic transportation services is essential
