About the Role:

Novaris Search are currently partnered with a leading manufacturer of Paints & Coatings. We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager overseeing key accounts across the US within the Protective & Marine space.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts across the US
Identify new business opportunities and implement strategic plans for growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead
Achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, chemistry or related fields
Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, within the industrial coatings space
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to travel as needed across the US
