Novaris is currently working with a leading manufacturer of high value ingredients for the cosmetics and personal care industry. They have a portfolio of active and functional ingredients and very strong brand recognition. They’re looking for a Sr Sales Manager who can lead a team to expand market presence & drive sales growth whilst managing/nurturing key accounts across the West Coast.

Our client strives to remain as one of the most innovative players in the space, utilising R&D to continue to improve their existing products and develop new ones year on year.
Role
Our client are looking for a Sr Sales Manager who can lead a team to expand market presence & drive sales growth whilst managing/nurturing key accounts across the West Coast.

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a significant knowledge of the personal care & cosmetics space and significant experience working with an ingredients manufacturer. Candidates must have an understanding of raw materials, active ingredients & functional ingredients. Candidates must have experience calling on contract manufacturers & manufacturers alongside FMCG corporate accounts. Candidates will be personable, commercially driven and strategic minded. Candidates must be based in LA.
