Novaris Search are seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager to join a dynamic CRO team in the EU. You will lead and oversee global clinical trial operations, ensuring project deliverables, budgets, and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate has 5+ years clinical project management experience, strong leadership, and proven track record in multi-country trials.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full oversight and leadership for multi-country, Phase I-IV clinical trials in diverse therapeutic areas.
• Develop, implement, and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Serve as primary sponsor contact, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment of project deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams (monitoring, data management, safety, regulatory, etc.) throughout the study lifecycle.
• Oversee site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities. – Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, SOPs, and study protocols.
• Mentor and support junior project team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and metrics to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Degree in Life Sciences or related
• 5+ years’ clinical project management CRO experience
• Proven track record managing international trials across multiple therapeutic areas.
• In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and EU clinical trial regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Europe, as needed.
