Position Overview:

Our client is looking for an energetic and results-oriented Sales Representative to drive business growth in the New York City region. This pivotal role focuses on expanding territorial reach and securing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven sales history, especially in the water treatment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in maintaining compliance with legionella regulations whilst driving revenue and profit growth for programs and services in targeted accounts.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders among existing and potential clients, converting competitive strategic accounts and introducing new technologies.
Provide technical assistance by identifying challenges and resolving issues, escalating to specialized colleagues as necessary.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field.
Knowledge of water treatment principles (e.g., boilers, cooling towers).
Proven experience in outside sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
