Sales Representative – Powder Coatings

About Our Client: 

Novaris Search is partnered with a leading manufacturer of Industrial Coatings focused on delivering solutions to a variety of markets . With a strong commitment to excellence, sustainability, and customer satisfaction, they continue to expand their market presence. As part of their growth strategy, they are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to lead efforts across the Houston, TX region and drive success within the Industrial Coatings (Liquid and Powder) segment across OEM & Jobshop accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the powder coatings sector.

– Identify new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

– Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients.

– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

– Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed on trends and competitor activities.

– Prepare and present sales proposals tailored to client needs.

– Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

 

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, or a related field.

– Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales within the coatings industry.

– Strong understanding of liquid and powder coatings products and processes.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to travel within the designated territory as required.

– Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
