Sales Rep – Construction Chemicals and Coatings

Key Responsibilities:
– Generate new business opportunities by targeting potential clients in the construction sector.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
– Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on our construction chemicals and coatings.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional strategies and campaigns.
– Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
– Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
– Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, or a related field.
– Proven sales experience in the construction chemicals or coatings industry.
– Strong knowledge of construction processes and project requirements.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
– Proficiency in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
