Role Overview:

Novaris Search are currently partnered with a leading manufacturer of high-performance industrial coatings, specializing in innovative flooring solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential applications. Their products are trusted by contractors, architects, and facility managers for their durability, ease of application, and superior performance. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth across their Texas region.

Position Overview:

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow revenue and market share across Texas. You will build strong relationships with clients, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Your focus will be on expanding our client base, fostering partnerships, and driving sales of our industrial coatings and flooring products.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesperson, preferably within the industrial coatings, construction, or building materials industries.
• A track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of epoxy flooring, protective coatings, or related product lines is a strong plus.
• Ability to travel regionally as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
