Sales Manager – Industrial Coatings

Novaris Search is partnered with a leading manufacturer of Coatings focused on delivering solutions to a variety of Industrial and Architectural markets . With a strong commitment to excellence, sustainability, and customer satisfaction, they continue to expand their market presence. As part of their growth strategy, they are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead efforts across the Southeast, USA and drive success within the General Industrial sector.

Role Overview:

Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead their Industrial Coatings sales efforts throughout the Southeast. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of the Industrial coatings market, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share across the Southeast.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and attend industry events to promote their products and services.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team/ R&D team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in relevant field (preferred)
  • +2 years of experience in Industrial coatings or a related sales field.
  • Proven new business development skills, with the ability to engage prospects and close deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently achieve weekly sales targets.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and proficiency in computer systems and software.
