Novaris Search is hiring for an innovative and growing Physical Rehab organization dedicated to providing exceptional care to its patients. With a commitment to quality, compassion, and innovation, they strive to enhance the lives of their patients and their families across our various facilities.

Responsibilities:

Working closely with the President to oversee the overall management of Therapy Operations across the portfolio within AL, IL and MC facilities.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with clinic partners.
Collaborates regularly with other clinic leadership to improve processes that remove barriers to patient care.
Spearhead new developments and acquisitions of new portfolios.
Assist with recruiting new talent and retaining top performers.
Provide oversight and implementation of programs and processes that meet the corporate goals and objectives.

Requirements:

+5years operations leadership experience within the Outpatient Physical Rehab space.
Connections within the senior care space.
Graduate with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy from an accredited school program.
This position will oversee a collection of sites/facilities and travel will be required throughout the portfolio.
