Regional Vice President of Operations – West Coast

Novaris Search is hiring for an innovative and growing Physical Rehab organization dedicated to providing exceptional care to its patients. With a commitment to quality, compassion, and innovation, they strive to enhance the lives of their patients and their families across our various facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the President to oversee the overall management of Therapy Operations across the portfolio within AL, IL and MC facilities.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with clinic partners.
  • Collaborates regularly with other clinic leadership to improve processes that remove barriers to patient care.
  • Spearhead new developments and acquisitions of new portfolios.
  • Assist with recruiting new talent and retaining top performers.
  • Provide oversight and implementation of programs and processes that meet the corporate goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • +5years operations leadership experience within the Outpatient Physical Rehab space.
  • Connections within the senior care space.
  • Graduate with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy from an accredited school program.
  • This position will oversee a collection of sites/facilities and travel will be required throughout the portfolio.
