Novaris Search is currently partnered with a leading and growing ophthalmic and optometric group in the search for Regional Vice President to join their organisation.

Our client is planning to expand and grow over 2025, and seeking an experienced Regional Vice President to manage their existing portfolio but also support in adding new locations to the business.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with company objectives to enhance market presence and drive revenue growth.
Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of regional practices, ensuring high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.
Build patient Loyalty: Build patient loyalty through assembling a team of District Managers dedicated to our mission of helping patients live their best lives. Identify and address opportunities within the region while engaging District Managers to consistently enhance the patient experience.

Requirements:

Undergraduate degree in business or related years
15+ years of experience in multi-unit retail management at a regional level, as well as in hospitality or optical leadership, with at least one year in a high-performance, high volume setting.
