Novaris Search are working with a large Behavioral Healthcare provider that are actively seeking a skilled Director of Clinical Services to join the company, ensure quality care based on evidence-based practice, and maintain compliance.

Role:

  • Ensure quality of patient care is optimum
  • Supervise and train program directors.
  • Responsible for recruitment and hiring of clinical staff
  • Manage the budget, planning, reporting, and auditing
  • Meet established program targets through census maintenance and service delivery.
  • Provide administrative oversight of all program functions, including management of support staff.

Candidate:

  • Clinical Licensure – LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Licensed Psychologist
  • 2yrs+ clinical experience post licensure
  • Strong communication
  • Strong clinical knowledge
