Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations & clinical services for new residential facility and outreach program.
Promote and encourage company culture.
Understand and comfortable working with grants
Develop and manage community relationships
Provide administrative oversight of all program functions, including management of support staff.

Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience in SUD & MH industry
LPC-S or LCSW- S & LCDC
Strong leadership and management experience
Commitment to working with underserved communities
Experience in residential settings and community services
