Novaris Search are working with a growth minded Behavioral Healthcare provider that specialise in MH & SUD services. They are actively seeking a Regional Director, Operations to join the company and support the team, whilst driving growth and a expansion efforts.

Role:

Drive growth and assist in program expansion.
Assists in recruitment and hiring of staff.
Managing the budgeting, planning, reporting, and auditing.
Actively participates in community relations activities.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, federal and company rules, regulations and policies.
Provide administrative oversight of all program functions, including management of support staff.

Candidate:

Masters degree preferred
5yrs+ supervisory experience
5yrs+ industry experience
Open to frequent travel
