Regional Director, Operations – Behavioral Health

Novaris Search are working with a growth minded Behavioral Healthcare provider that specialise in MH & SUD services. They are actively seeking a Regional Director, Operations to join the company and support the team, whilst driving growth and a expansion efforts.

Role:

  • Drive growth and assist in program expansion.
  • Assists in recruitment and hiring of staff.
  • Managing the budgeting, planning, reporting, and auditing.
  • Actively participates in community relations activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, federal and company rules, regulations and policies.
  • Provide administrative oversight of all program functions, including management of support staff.

Candidate:

  • Masters degree preferred
  • 5yrs+ supervisory experience
  • 5yrs+ industry experience
  • Open to frequent travel
