Novaris search is hiring for an innovative and growing Physical Rehab organization dedicated to providing exceptional care to its patients. With a commitment to quality, compassion, and innovation, they strive to enhance the lives of their patients and their families across our various facilities.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall management of Therapy Operations in the assigned Region
Collaborates regularly with other clinic leadership to improve processes that remove barriers to patient care
Responsible for clinic and regional level operations to include, but not limited to, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and success of each clinic
Assist with recruiting new talent and retaining top performers
Provide oversight and implementation of programs and processes that meet the corporate goals and objectives

Requirements:

+5years operations leadership experience within the Physical Rehab space
Graduate with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited school program
This position will oversee a collection of sites/facilities. Travel required throughout the assigned portfolio.
