We are currently looking for a Regional Director of Health & Wellness on behalf of one of our clients. Our clients mission is to create a supportive, enriching environment where residents thrive physically, mentally, and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the daily operations of the health & wellness team, ensuring the highest standards of resident care.
Design and implement robust programs addressing physical, mental, and social well-being.
Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and staff to develop personalized care plans.
Monitor resident health status and actively respond to changing needs.
Recruit, mentor, and supervise clinical staff.

Qualifications:

RN or BSN required; advanced degree preferred.
Active, unencumbered nursing license.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in health & wellness or clinical management, preferably within senior living, assisted living, or related healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of state and federal senior living regulations.
