Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals in the automotive coatings sector.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated region.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
– Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support.
– Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
– Lead, mentor, and develop a sales team to enhance performance and drive results.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
– Proven experience in sales management within the coatings or automotive industry.
– Strong understanding of automotive coating products and market dynamics.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Proficiency in English and German; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
