Novaris is currently partnered with a global, logistics and supply chain organisation in the search for a Global Key Account Manager focusing on continuing their expansion in Contract Logistics.

Based remote in the US. Our client is a leader in global logistics and transportation, offering a range of services, including Road, Air & Sea, Solutions. Our client is looking to expand their operation to continue to lead the freight forwarding industry.

Responsibilities:

Assist with identifying and supporting strategy with the company’s stakeholders in the Consumer vertical.

Serve as the main point of contact for selected Accounts, managing the account by identifying, developing, negotiating, and signing contracts.

Develop a deep understanding of the customer’s organization, decision-making process, business model, and competitive environment.

Identify new business opportunities

Support the development of existing accounts across designated region

Deliver a high standard of customer service

Skills And Experience

+8 years in business development and account management within the logistics industry

Knowledge of Contract services and supply chain models.

Proven experience in global environments with international exposure preferred

Strong relationship management with external and internal stakeholders.
