Novaris is currently partnered with a globally national logistics and supply chain organisation in the search for a Sales Manager to lead their expansion across California.

Our client is a leader in global logistics and transportation, offering a range of services worldwide.

Responsibilities:

This role will oversee sales across California for the Air and Sea division, selling transportation and logistics services.

Developing and implementing sales strategies
Collaborating with cross functional teams, ensuring a high standard of customer service
Identifying and targeting potential customers
Managing sales pipeline

Requirements for this position:

Bachelor Degree
5 years experience selling within logistic, preferably air and sea
Familiarity with international trade and regulations.
Experience in freight forwarding
