Novaris Search is partnered with a global, family owned flavor & fragrance house founded over 75 years ago. We are seeking a Key Account Executive within their US fragrances team; focused mainly in personal care.

This role will be responsible for 6 to 8 key accounts based primarily in the North East. All accounts have very strong growth potential and this role needs someone with a proven ability to grow sales and develop lasting relationships. You will be responsible for building trust with owners and brand founders and being able to navigate these conversations & negotiations.
