Position Overview:

We seek a driven leader to help us continue our growth trajectory and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee patient engagement, KPI conversion, and clinical outreach
Foster and promote a positive company culture
Support healthcare providers for SUD services and manage contracts with health centers
Facilitate collaboration between technology, commercial, and product teams

Qualifications:

5-10yrs experience in executive leadership
MBA/ MHA preferred
Experience working with vulnerable populations
Background in start-up environments
Strong operational expertise
Experience in digital health
