Role Overview:

As the General Manager, you will lead operations and drive growth across our client’s portfolio. This visionary leadership role demands a strong focus on operational excellence, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of operations, including production, quality control, and supply chain management.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as GMP and ISO standards.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
• Lead quality assurance programs to uphold product integrity and consumer safety.
• Manage health, safety, and environmental (HSE) initiatives to ensure a safe working environment.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of management experience in the personal care industry, within contract manufacturing.
• Proven record of driving growth and managing large-scale operations.
• Strong knowledge of skincare, OTC, and color cosmetics sectors.
• In-depth understanding of regulations, including GMP and ISO standards.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.

This role is based in CA but are clients are expanding into Texas and will consider candidates for a 2nd position there.
