Novaris have recently begun a search for an experienced operations leader who would be interested in joining a rapidly growing Homecare organisation as a Director of Operations in North Carolina.

Our client is actively seeking an experienced leader with a strong drive for success and a passion for service, as they prepare for bold expansion plans in 2025.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations to guarantee seamless and effective workflows.
Create and execute strategies aimed at enhancing operational performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in business administration, healthcare management or a related field
+5 years leadership experience in homecare
+5 multi-site experience preferred
