Novaris are partnered with a well-known Senior Living provider in the search for a Director of Nursing within Missouri. The ideal candidate should be a registered nurse, and should possess experience acting as a Director of Nursing within a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities:

Oversee clinic supervision of all nursing services
Guide Nursing staff, RN’s and Care Givers
Conduct regular assessments for residents
Maintain within compliance of all national and regional compliances
Manage medication systems

Experience needed:

Must be a registered nurse
Significant experience within a SNF as well s memory care
Have experience leading & managing nursing staff and care teams
Managed facilities with at least 100+ units
