We are seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing to lead strategy and execution for a multi-site ophthalmology & optometry service provider. This role focuses on driving patient acquisition, brand growth, and referral relationships through innovative, compliant marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow patient volume and brand presence.
Manage digital marketing (SEO, paid ads, social media) and patient education campaigns.
Analyze market trends and campaign performance to optimize ROI.
Collaborate with clinical, operations, and executive leaders to align marketing efforts.
Oversee budgets and lead a high-performing marketing team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
7–10 years in leadership marketing roles; ophthalmology or optometry experience strongly preferred.
Proven success in patient acquisition and service-based marketing.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, and CRM platforms.
Experience with multi-location healthcare marketing.
