Director of Healthcare Business Development, Americas – Freight Forwarding

Novaris have partnered with a large multi-national freight forwarder in the search for an established healthcare/life science hunter to oversee new business development and retention within the Americas. The ideal candidate should be well versed within the world of healthcare logistics, as well as possessing the ability to secure new business as well as developing existing business. This position has a clear pathway to progress into a Head of Healthcare for the Americas role, overseeing 3-5 direct reports with commercial functions, and will report into the global HQ.

Responsibilities:

Penetrate the Americas market within healthcare/life science/medical device verticals
Sell full international logistics solutions
Hunt new business within the mentioned verticals
Retain and grown existing customers

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years within the healthcare vertical
A proven track record of generating new revenue whilst growing a current book of business
Must have extensive experience tailoring international logistic solutions to healthcare customers
Must possess significant experience and be well established within the LATAM healthcare market
