Job Title: Director of Finance (Dental Experience Required)

We’re seeking a strategic finance leader to join a growing dental services organization. This role is critical in driving financial performance, scalability, and operational excellence across multiple practices. You’ll partner with senior leadership to ensure sound financial planning and compliance while supporting the teams that deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for multiple locations.
Monitor and optimize revenue cycle processes to improve cash flow and profitability.
Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
Manage and mentor finance team members, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with operations and clinical leadership to support growth initiatives and cost efficiency.
Perform other duties as needed to support organizational success.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
Proven experience in multi-site dental services finance leadership.
Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management and compliance standards.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
