Novaris Search is currently partnered with a leading growing Hospice group in the search for a Director of Business Development to join their organisation.

Our client is planning to expand and grow over 2025 and seeking an experienced manager with a knack for exceeding sales targets in the Hospice industry. This role is also on-site.

Responsibilities:

–Directs the planning and implementation of the sales process

-Lead and mentor the business development team to hit sales targets

-Contribute to the overall success of the company through effective leadership and execution of services

Qualifications:

-Must have a bachelor’s degree in a business, marketing or finance

-At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role

-Must have previous experience in home health care or hospice settings
