Novaris Search are partnered with a globally recognised logistics and supply chain company, who are seeking for a Business Development Manager in an individual contributor role. The ideal candidate must have experience in the automotive vertical, as well as selling across all modes of transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic business development plans within the automotive vertical
Drive sales of time-critical and chartered services to enhance customer satisfaction
Experience liaising with Tier 1’s, Tier 2’s and OEM’s
Identify and engage potential clients, building strong relationships within the industry
Promote and sell air and ocean freight services to optimize client supply chains
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development within the automotive sectors
Strong background in selling time-critical/chartered services
Familiarity with air and ocean freight logistics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
