Role:

  • Supervise, orient, train, evaluate, and counsel department employees to improve their job performance and to maintain high standards of performance and patient quality care
  • Prioritizing patients’ outcomes and evidence-based practice
  • A desire to contribute to a cohesive team that focuses on patient experience, clinical advancement, and professional growth
  • Demonstrating a commitment to success and adaptability in the evolving healthcare landscape

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of outpatient orthopaedic experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Must possess a degree in therapy from an accredited school
  • Must hold a current and active license as one of the following: Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapist, Occupational Therapy Assistant
