This is an exciting role for a passionate executive with proven experience driving excellence, quality, and sustainability – paving the future of health & wellness products.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals and promote Lean 6S methodologies.
Operations Management: Oversee daily operations with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
CAPEX Management: Lead capital expenditure planning and execution to support operational growth and infrastructure development.
Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve high performance and cohesion, instilling a culture of continuous improvement.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet regulatory standards and quality benchmarks while implementing best practices for operational excellence.
Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and customer needs to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

Proven experience of +8 yrs in a senior leadership role within dietary supplements or related fields, emphasizing Lean 6S practices.
– Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated success in leading continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance.
Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for fostering a positive company culture.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in capital project management.
