We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer to join our client’s executive team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in healthcare finance, preferably within outpatient physical therapy, and be ready to lead growth initiatives, optimize financial systems, and drive sustainable profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, monitor, and execute the organization’s financial strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives
Evaluate and optimize payer contracts, billing practices, and revenue cycle management
Oversee financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Present financial insights and recommendations to the CEO, Board, and key stakeholders
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry best practices
Drive company growth through capital raises, mergers & acquisitions, and expansion initiatives.

Qualifications Needed:

Experience driving growth through capital raises as well as mergers & acquisitions
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred
8+ years in progressive financial leadership positions, with 3+ years at the executive level
Prior experience in outpatient physical therapy, rehabilitation, or multi-site healthcare organizations highly preferred
Deep understanding of payer mix optimization, CPT code utilization, and reimbursement structures
Track record overseeing multi-site operations and scaling organizations
Advanced knowledge of financial software and analytics platforms
