Business Development Manager – New York

My client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager, to lead their current expansion in the New York market. As the BDM, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing partnerships in the market. This role is instrumental in achieving the companies mission to provide outstanding care for its managed services.

Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with physicians and their staff through various outreach methods
  • Contributing to the successful launch of new sites within the region
  • Implementing creative strategies to increase brand presence
  • Establishing relationships with external stakeholders such as hospitals, athletic programs, and schools
  • Utilizing Salesforce and other systems to track activities and drive incremental growth
  • Demonstrating fiscal responsibility in sales and marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Proven sales or business development experience
  • Comfort with networking and public speaking
  • Strong teamwork and leadership skills
  • Innovative thinking and a competitive spirit
  • Flexibility to attend evening or weekend appointments as needed
  • One to two years of relevant experience
