Novaris Search have partnered with an innovative logistics and supply chain company in the search for a Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will be located within Germany, and have a deep understanding within Air & Ocean freight.

As the branch manager, you will oversee the daily operations of Air & Ocean freight services, as well as hunting new business across a variety of verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of air and ocean freight services
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize efficiency and profitability
Manage and mentor branch staff, fostering a high-performance culture
Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to meet business goals
Prepare and manage the branch budget, ensuring financial targets are met

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in logistics and supply chain management
Proven leadership skills with a focus on mentorship and development
Strong knowledge of air and ocean freight regulations and best practices
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
