Novaris Search is currently collaborating with a rapidly expanding Hospice group to find an impressive Regional Vice President of Sales to join their organisation.

Our client is set on growing significantly in 2025 and is looking for an experienced manager who excels at surpassing sales goals in the Hospice industry.

Responsibilities:

Develops and executes segment strategies to meet regional goals
Mentor and develop group of sales directors
Masters financial metrics to drive sales growth, achieving revenue and margin targets

Requirements:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in a business, marketing or finance
Must have +5 years experience in Hospice or Home Health settings
Must have +5 years in a managerial role
