Their team is dedicated to innovation, customer service, and seamless delivery across air, sea, and land. They are seeking to add an Account Executive to their team who has experience in growing relationships with international clients.
Responsibilities:
Building relationships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients, understanding their unique freight needs
Driving sales: Identify opportunities, present tailored solutions, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
Collaborating: Work closely with our operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
Market insights: Stay ahead of industry trends to provide valuable guidance and innovative solutions to clients
Must have:
Experience: 5+ years in freight forwarding or logistics sales
Knowledge: Familiarity with international shipping, customs, and compliance
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Mindset: A proactive, customer-focused attitude with a drive to succeed
