Regional Director of Operations – Washington

Novaris search is hiring for an innovative and growing Physical Rehab organization dedicated to providing exceptional care to its patients. With a commitment to quality, compassion, and innovation, they strive to enhance the lives of their patients and their families across our various facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall management of Therapy Operations in the assigned Region
  • Collaborates regularly with other clinic leadership to improve processes that remove barriers to patient care
  • Responsible for clinic and regional level operations to include, but not limited to, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and success of each clinic
  • Assist with recruiting new talent and retaining top performers
  • Provide oversight and implementation of programs and processes that meet the corporate goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • +5years operations leadership experience within the Physical Rehab space
  • Graduate with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited school program
  • This position will oversee a collection of sites/facilities. Travel required throughout the assigned portfolio.
