Future CEO Succession Opportunity
Novaris Search is partnered with a leading contract manufacturing organization to identify a President who will work directly alongside the CEO as part of a planned executive succession strategy.
This is a rare opportunity to join a highly successful manufacturing business that has experienced exceptional growth, doubling revenue over the past two years.
Operating from multiple manufacturing facilities and serving a diverse customer base ranging from emerging challenger brands to some of the world’s largest consumer products companies, the organization has established itself as a trusted partner across personal care, home care and adjacent product categories.
As part of a long-term succession plan, they are seeking a commercially driven leader who can learn the business, build upon its success, and ultimately transition into the CEO position following a structured handover period.
This is not a mandate for transformational change. The foundation is already in place. The objective is to identify an executive who can accelerate growth, enhance performance, support continuous improvement initiatives and preserve the culture that has been central to the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the CEO to execute the company’s long-term growth strategy.
- Assume increasing leadership responsibility across commercial, operational and strategic functions.
- Drive continued revenue growth through expansion of existing relationships and development of new business opportunities.
- Lead, develop and mentor senior leadership teams across multiple functions.
- Support operational excellence initiatives while maintaining the core systems and processes that have enabled the company’s growth.
- Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration and customer focus.
- Work closely with customers, suppliers and key stakeholders to strengthen strategic partnerships.
- Contribute to long-term business planning, investment decisions and organizational development.
- Prepare to transition into the CEO position as part of a structured succession plan.
What We Are Looking For
- Senior leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong commercial leadership experience with a proven track record of driving profitable growth.
- Experience managing or partnering closely with operations, manufacturing, supply chain or continuous improvement functions.
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to build credibility and influence across the organization.
- Experience leading large teams and developing high-performing cultures.
- A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, practical approach to leadership.
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence methodologies is required.
- A genuine desire to understand, enhance and build upon an already successful business rather than introduce unnecessary disruption.
