Director of Nursing

Novaris are partnered with a well-known Senior Living provider in the search for a Director of Nursing within Missouri. The ideal candidate should be a registered nurse, and should possess experience acting as a Director of Nursing within a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee clinic supervision of all nursing services
  • Guide Nursing staff, RN’s and Care Givers
  • Conduct regular assessments for residents
  • Maintain within compliance of all national and regional compliances
  • Manage medication systems

Experience needed:

  • Must be a registered nurse
  • Significant experience within a SNF as well s memory care
  • Have experience leading & managing nursing staff and care teams
  • Managed facilities with at least 100+ units
