Job Description: Personal Care Sales Manager – DACH Region

Novaris Search are partnered with a global leader in speciality ingredient distribution, renowned for sourcing premium ingredients from top manufacturers worldwide. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a motivated Personal Care Sales Manager for the DACH region. This role is ideal for someone with a commercial mindset and a passion for the personal care industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture the DACH region
  • Grow revenue within existing accounts and nurture these relationships whilst also identifying, developing and onboarding new accounts
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers
  • Identify and develop new customers and markets for our personal care portfolio.
  • Manage all sales activity within the CRM
  • Ensure both the customer and principal have relevant and timely sales information

Qualifications:

  • Either proven experience in sales within the personal care industry (3 years minimum) OR technical background in the personal care industry looking to step into sales (experience working with customers and with a commercial mindset is key)
  • Ideally relationships with customers in the DACH region
  • Proactivce, motivated & energetic candidates
  • Open to travel within the DACH region
  • Fluent German and English
