Novaris Search are working with a growth minded Behavioral Healthcare provider that specialises in Opioid Use Disorders. They are actively seeking a Regional Director to join the company and support the team, whilst ensuring good compliance and aid in the opening of new clinics.

Our client is one of the leading providers in the Behavioral Healthcare sector, with presence nationally they have in recent years experienced significant growth and success having successfully entered new territories.

The organization focuses on working closely as a transparent team, ensuring all employees have the opportunity to reach their full potential. Our client is now looking to continue their success within the Behavioral Healthcare market through taking on ambitious and driven individuals with the future plan to continue their growth and success.

Role:

Oversee 9 SUD clinics
Promote and encourage company culture.
Actively participate in community relations activities.
Accomplish budgeted census goals set for clinics and the assigned region.
Provide strong mentorship and guidance to Program Directors to ensure that they provide high quality treatment at each clinic.

Candidate:

5yrs+ experience in Behavioral healthcare
5yrs+ experience in leadership role
Bachelors Degree (Masters preferred)
Open to 75% travel
Strong team leader
