Veterinary Hospital Administrator

North Florida

Consultant: Ben Robinson

Novaris Search have recently partnered with an industry leading VetMed organisation who are seeking a Hospital Administrator for one of their 24/7 Speciality/ER facility in North Florida.

The HA will oversee activities of the hospital, including hiring and training hospital staff, working with finance to prepare and manage budgets.

Requirements:

  • 3 years experience (or more) managing a veterinary practice
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Has a commitment to outstanding client service
  • Able to promote a positive cooperative work environment
  • Previous experience managing a 24/7 ER/Speciality facility
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Preferred: Have previous floor experience
