General manager – Consumer Testing

Novaris Search are currently partnered with a key player within the TIC space who are currently looking for a General Manager to help them turn around and drive new growth across their lab in Germany.

This is an onsite role and will require you to be onsite 5 days a week.

Role:

  • Drive operating efficiencies
  • Conduct organisational restructuring
  • Plan strategy for sustainable growth

Requirements:

  • TIC industry experience – consumer products preferred
  • High EQ
  • Strong leadership experience – +5 years in a leadership role
  • Chemical & Mechanical testing experience
  • Fluent in English & German
