Director of Operations – Home Health (NC)

Novaris have recently begun a search for an experienced operations leader who would be interested in joining a rapidly growing Homecare organisation as a Director of Operations in North Carolina.

Our client is actively seeking an experienced leader with a strong drive for success and a passion for service, as they prepare for bold expansion plans in 2025.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage daily operations to guarantee seamless and effective workflows.
  • Create and execute strategies aimed at enhancing operational performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  •  Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, healthcare management or a related field
  • +5 years leadership experience in homecare
  • +5 multi-site experience preferred
